These Terms of Use govern access to embassyofyah.org and its pages, text, images, links, and features. “Embassy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Embassy of Yah. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms apply only to this website. They do not by themselves create membership, a fiduciary duty, a clergy-parishioner relationship, a therapeutic or advisory relationship, an agency, a partnership, or any other special legal relationship.
If a separate written agreement applies to a specific gathering, service, offering, or transaction, that agreement governs that matter if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Ministry and educational content
The website presents spiritual teachings, ministry interpretations, contemplative practices, original writing, and general educational information. The material is offered for reflection and voluntary practice; it is not a command, diagnosis, individualized prescription, or guarantee of an outcome.
Read the Ministry & Professional Disclaimer before relying on material that touches health, mental health, finances, law, safety, or other professional concerns.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse, link to, and use the website for lawful personal, educational, and noncommercial purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with the website, its security, or another visitor’s access;
- introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests at a rate that burdens the site;
- impersonate the Embassy or another person, or falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, or authority;
- use the website to violate law, exploit another person, or invade privacy;
- remove authorship, copyright, trademark, or source notices from copied material; or
- republish substantial portions of the website as your own service, database, or commercial product without permission.
4. Ownership and respectful sharing
Unless a page says otherwise, the website’s original text, arrangement, branding, graphics, and ministry materials belong to the Embassy or are used with permission. Scripture quotations, linked resources, third-party marks, and other credited material remain subject to their respective rights and notices.
You may share links and brief excerpts with clear attribution for noncommercial discussion or study. Any broader permission granted by applicable law remains unaffected. For other reuse, write to the Embassy before publishing.
5. Third-party links and resources
The website links to Scripture passages, music, resources, and other outside destinations. Those services are operated by others and have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and content. A link can be useful without constituting sponsorship, control, or a blanket endorsement. Visit external sites at your own discretion.
6. Communications
The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application; it does not transmit the form to the Embassy by itself. If you choose to send a message, you are responsible for its content. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
Email does not create a confidential, privileged, professional, or emergency-care relationship. The Embassy may decline or discontinue correspondence that is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, outside the ministry’s scope, or beyond present capacity.
7. Availability and warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Embassy does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular spiritual, personal, practical, or financial result.
We may correct, remove, reorganize, or discontinue content or features without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Embassy and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the website or an external resource linked from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Changes, severability, and contact
We may revise these Terms when the website or its practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means the revised Terms apply from their stated effective date.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver of it.
